Fantasy Football, Take 2

Updated: Nov 30, 2020

I know that I've already written a fantasy football blog (and I'll probably write many more, so get ready) but I just had to write another one. I love talking and writing about sports and fantasy football so much. (I might need to change the title of this blog from The Morgan Minute to The Morgan Hour, that's how long I could talk about sports. Probably longer.)

Fantasy football is one of my favorite pastimes to help relieve stress and relax. So much has happened since my last post. In my previous entry, I wrote how Davante Adams just came off his injury, Tom Brady still looked like he was having a good year, and so much more! Things change pretty quickly in football, but that's the game!

Now, let's cut to the chase: as soon as Davante Adams returned from his four-week injury and he made a major impact for the Packers. Davante topped 100 receiving yards in every game this season and has been the biggest red zone threat in their offense. Even though he has missed more than one-third of the season, he's now second in the league with 10 touchdown catches! That's a pretty amazing achievement amazing! He has been Aaron Rodgers' go-to man in this second half of the NFL season.

Now it's the G.O.A.T.'s turn. There is one problem with that last sentence though--he hasn't quite looked like the old Tom Brady over the past few weeks. This month, he is 0-19 on passes he has thrown for 20+ yards. That's a zero quarterback rating. That's just awful! Also, in Brady's four prime-time games this season (Bears, Giants, Saints, and Rams) he has honestly looked like he wanted to take a nap before the first kickoff. What's up with that? This is definitely not the Tom Brady that we know. Although he is not a Patriot anymore, I still love him and hope he picks up his game.

C'mon Brady; I know you've got a seventh ring in you!

You might have to designate an entire section to Fantasy! There are plenty of roles within this industry in need of a man of your talents. I've got my eye on Morgan's Fantasy Hour.

I was so happy to hear that Alex is returning. Hopefully the Sox will be back to their glory next season. Great blog!
